Mission: delivering superb bottom line results through exemplary interim executive management.
Presentation check point #2: you must be playing for the long-term.
That means you're willing to invest.
Those investments will be in three areas: people, training and quality. Please note the specific use of "investment" versus how most organizations view these: expenses. As with any good investment, an ROI is expected.
People: the pivotal element In most organizations, it's everyone for themselves. Few, if any, will admit it but it's sadly true.
Training: a different focus It's not individual improvement but team improvement and mental preparedness. It's also on behavior conditioning versus technique enhancement.
It's also about one of my mantra's: "Winning without honor isn't winning." Training includes instilling the corporate character in everyone. "Do the right thing even when when nobody's looking." "You don't want to embarrass the institution." "Believe in something larger than yourself." "Sacrifice, but wilfill sacrifice." "Our core values: honor, courage and commitment sum it all up."
