Many people talk a good game regarding "leadership" but few can substantiate it. This first segment, three minutes, segment provides an overview of the culture I bring.

                          "intellectual"          "idealists"                           "code of ethics"          "honor, courage, commitment"          "mission is everything"

Substitute "run to the source of the problem" for "run to the sound of the gun" and you have an excellent way of describing my bias for action.
